A. JOB PURPOSE
The Cluster Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations of the assigned cluster,
ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and compliance across multiple branches. This role involves
developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of
service and compliance with company policies.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cluster Operations Management
o Manages the daily sales initiatives of multiple branches to ensure the efficiency and
effectiveness of executions.
o Ensures all branches within the assigned cluster achieve sales excellence, dealer
satisfaction, and profitability goals.
o Develops, manages, and monitors the cluster budget and ensures that expenditures remain
within limits.
o Implements cost-saving measures and optimizes resource allocation.
o Collaborates and or aligns with different Divisions/Departments regarding tasks/ activities
such as but not limited to marketing promos, facilities and engineering, product inventory,
quality assurance, collections, etc.
o Ensures key accounts of all branches are properly managed and monitored.
o Coordinates manpower requirements with respective departments or divisions.
o Identifies opportunities for growth and expansion within the cluster.
o Conducts branch visits regularly.
Sales and Revenue Growth Management
o Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets across the
cluster.
o Drives revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
o Monitors sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
o Sets performance goals for each branch and monitors progress against the targets.
o Drives business development activities to expand the Branch Dealer Network within the
cluster and increase revenues and income goals per Dealer.
o Prepares reports and updates on recruitment activities, progress, outcomes, and other
management-requested reports or data.
Dealer Management and Engagement
o Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of intentional activities, dealer recruitment,
onboarding, and training.
o Ensures dealer incentives and rewards programs are uniformly executed within the cluster.
o Reinforces dealer experience standards, including product quality, service quality,
transaction flow, and speed.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations
o Ensures that all cluster employees consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.
o Addresses employee violations and coordinates with relevant units (e.g. HROD, Legal, etc.)
to effectively resolve concerns.
o Makes sure all branches are compliant with the local and national regulatory requirements
(e.g. permit requirements, health and safety regulations, etc).
Leadership and Staff Management:
o Manages, trains, and supervises direct reports.
o Conducts regular performance reviews with direct reports and provides feedback and
coaching.
o Ensures team members comply with the company policies and procedures and participates
in company-initiated events and employee engagement activities.
o Addresses and resolves employee issues and concerns (e.g. performance, behavior, etc)
o Fosters a positive and productive work environment and promotes employee engagement
and retention

o Participates actively in team meetings, training, and other employee related activities.
o Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
At least 15 years’ experience in direct selling, sales, or business development positions.
High proficiency in sales planning, results-driven, and customer focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
with others.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships with individuals from different generations and with diverse
personalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and
influence others.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close
deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time
management skills.
Demonstrated flexibility regarding assignment schedules and geographic locations.

Proficient in computer skills with foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
