Job Description

• Partner with global sales leadership to develop and execute comprehensive B2C, inside sales via our contact center sales team, sales plans, and initiatives to achieve and exceed global sales targets.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of contact center sales professionals across various regions.

• Oversee the entire contact center sales lifecycle, including lead generations, qualification, opportunity management, and closing.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, customer service, and product development, and regional leadership.

• Manage and optimize the global contact center sales technology stack, ensuring efficient use of CRM, sales automation tools, and reporting dashboards.

• Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent for the global contact center network.

• Design and deliver impactful training programs to equip the contact center sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

• Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and maximize efficiency across all contact centers.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.

• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth in a contact center environment.

• In-depth understanding of global sales operations best practices and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Experience with CRM, sales automation tools, and global reporting systems.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a geographically diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various departments and cultures.

• Experience managing and optimizing a global contact center network (highly desired).

• Fluency in English and a second language is a plus.
