Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (social media, SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, email) to maximize ROI.
• Identify and leverage emerging marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Directly manage and mentor teams across Social Media, SEO, Ads, and Influencer Marketing.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.
• Drive a culture of performance and accountability within the digital marketing team.
Campaign Management:
• Develop, allocate, and monitor budgets for all digital campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery and optimal performance of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other networks.
• Lead A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts to improve conversion rates.
• Data-Driven Insights:
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and reports for senior management.
• Track and measure KPIs, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROI, engagement rates, and organic reach.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ad networks, influencers, and other strategic partners.
• Act as the point of contact for cross-functional collaboration with sales, creative, and product teams.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with ad network partnerships, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and SEO strategy is required.
• Experience in the construction, energy, and/or solar industry is a plus.
Skills and competencies:
• Certifications in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) are a plus.
• Advanced skills in managing complex budgets across multiple campaigns and channels.
