Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with overall business goals.
- Be part of the launch of our new service IRIS
2. Brand Development:
- Lead efforts to build and strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across various platforms.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
4. Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and educate the target audience
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to create compelling and relevant content for various platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target demographic.
5. Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and contribute to sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and conversion.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
