The Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy for TITAN, This role will handle two functions, the Marketing and the Community teams and focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through a combination of strategic marketing initiatives, creative campaigns, community building, influencer marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing leader with a passion for consumer brands, a strong understanding of the footwear industry, and a proven track record of delivering successful brand-building campaigns. This position will oversee all aspects of brand marketing, from strategic planning to execution, and will work closely with the Brand Creative Team as well as Sales and Merchandising Teams to ensure the right balance for both commercial objectives and brand storytelling through consistent brand voice and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development & Execution:
Lead the development of the brand vision, positioning, and strategy to ensure TITAN is aligned with consumer needs and market trends. Oversee the execution of brand marketing strategies and its consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

Creative Leadership:
Collaborate with the Brand Creative Team (Design and Content) to develop compelling, innovative campaigns that resonate with target consumers. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across digital, social, retail, and traditional media platforms.

Market Research & Consumer Insights:
Utilize consumer research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform brand strategy, product development, and campaign planning. Understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points.

Campaign Management:
Lead the development of product launch plans for the Brand, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, driving both short-term results and long-term brand growth. Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Merchandising and Sales teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy, product, and go-to-market plans. Provide input on product messaging, energy and experiences through the monthly Integrated Marketing Meetings (IMM).

Brand Community:
Serve as a key brand ambassador both internally and externally. Build and Manage Communities to enhance brand visibility and manage relationships with athletes, influencers,KOLs and partners.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI. Track expenditures and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing brand marketing and community teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Brand Innovation:
Identifies and applies breakthrough innovation, digital and technological advancements to accelerate Brand growth opportunities, solutions and capabilities for the company. Potential partnerships with vendors that provide further expertise on Brand Marketing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably within the consumer goods, footwear, or apparel industries.

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share and consumer loyalty.

A strong sense of creativity and innovation, with an understanding of how to bring fresh and relevant ideas to life in a competitive market.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and data analysis.

Experience with project management tools and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate brand strategies and creative concepts.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on the success of marketing campaigns.

Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of marketing professionals.

Proven track record of working with various departments (e.g., product development, sales, creative, digital marketing) to achieve business goals.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior, needs, and the evolving trends in the footwear market.
