We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our internet marketing division and manage all aspects of our SEO, PPC, and social media products and services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the US real estate market, outstanding technical SEO expertise, and proven leadership experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive measurable results while managing a multi-disciplinary team.

This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and Operations Director for Technology.

What you'll do:

SEO Leadership and Expertise (Primary Focus)

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to real estate professionals

• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, optimization, and performance improvements

• Stay current with SEO algorithm updates and industry best practices

• Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and methodologies

• Ensure all client SEO strategies align with real estate business objectives and performance metrics

• Oversee link-building and off-page optimization campaigns

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, PPC, and social media

• Analyze market trends specific to real estate to identify growth opportunities

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

• Create "best-in-class" products and services with the product development team

• Source, vet, and manage digital marketing partners and vendors

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure high performance

• Establish processes and workflows to improve efficiency and quality

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members

• Forecast staffing needs based on revenue projections and workload

• Deliver monthly performance reports to the board and management team

• Achieve department KPIs including customer satisfaction, client retention, and profitability

Client Management

• Manage VIP and escalated real estate clients, ensuring white-glove service

• Support the sales team with technical expertise on high-value prospect calls

• Develop long-term client relationships to maximize retention

• Minimize escalations, refunds, and cancellations

• Work with teams to develop creative, real estate-specific solutions for client content strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with web development, sales, and client services teams

• Work with product development to solve technical challenges

• Coordinate interdepartmental concerns and process improvements

• Provide feedback to management on product and service improvements
