This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working across campaigns, CRM management, events, content creation, and digital marketing to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Maintain and optimise the CRM, craft targeted email campaigns, and track engagement.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, proposal materials, and outreach.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Content & Design Coordination: Work with designers to create marketing materials, website updates, and brand assets.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing and sales effectiveness, providing insights to improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong CRM and email marketing experience, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across marketing and sales functions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience in event planning, social media management, and digital marketing.
