About the Role:
We’re looking for a Multi-Channel Marketing Associate to develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and paid media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, and Google SEM). The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Push Notification Marketing:
• Develop, execute, and optimize email and push notification campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Write compelling copy for subject lines, body content, and CTAs.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and preferences for personalized marketing.
• Set up automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, abandoned cart reminders).
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Paid Media & Multi-Channel Support:
• Support paid media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and Google Search to complement email and push efforts.
• Assist with ad creative suggestions, audience targeting, and campaign optimizations.
• Analyze campaign performance across channels and provide recommendations for improvement.
Testing & Optimization:
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and messaging to optimize performance.
• Continuously monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, push notifications, and paid media.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and audience engagement.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads).
• Preference for candidates with crypto/web3 experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
