Responsibilities
• Contact potential clients via cold calling, email, or social media.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the database with accurate prospect information.
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm meetings and answer initial inquiries.
• Work closely with sales executives to ensure a seamless handoff of prospects.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
• Research potential clients and generate leads.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other relevant courses.
• Proven experience in BPO, Telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Passion for sports, cycling, or outdoor activities is a bonus!
