The Business Development Manager drives sales opportunities in his/her respective accounts by demonstrating the ability to identify client’s technological needs and recommending possible solutions anchored to the Company's products and services, serving as an expert/ consultant to stakeholders and key accounts, developing comprehensive proposals, ensures accurate revenue processing and collection, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions in contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
• Identifies pain points of the customers and provides the best possible solution to create a need that may or may not be there in the beginning.
• Leverages industry study to gain valuable information that can be implemented through the sales process.
• Forecast and capture prospect.
Key Accounts Management
• Conducts roadshows and consultations to different stakeholders across organizations of key accounts.
• Identifies dependencies across Business and Support to close dependencies and deliver client requirements while protecting the Company’s best interest.
Negotiation and Closing
• Develops comprehensive business proposals to customers capturing the complete context of requirements and the required/appropriate technical solutions.
• Leverages information related to client’s decision-making process, organization structure and profile of all individuals involved in the purchasing decision.
• Engages internal stakeholders to employ the best possible route to close the deal.
Process Compliance
• Delivers accurate and on time revenue processing and revenue collection efforts.
Contracts Management
• Ensures compliance with Terms and Conditions and takes appropriate steps to address non-compliance.
• Evaluates risks and seeks guidance to mitigate.
• Identifies where changes are required, and seeks guidance on variations. In consultation with stakeholders, ensure that changes are implemented.
Other Key Responsibilities
• Make sure that dependencies across Business and Support teams are addressed to deliver client requirements while protecting the Company’s best interest.
Requirements
Education
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field with an equivalent degree
• At least 3 years of experience in the field
• Experience in working with senior management both internal and external
• Must have experience of working in a corporate/business-focused environment
• Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and account management
• Basic industry/ market knowledge Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Relies on experience, industry data, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
