As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible in helping the company obtain better brand recognition and ensure financial growth. You will coordinate with company executives and sales team to review current market trends in order to propose new business solutions and ideas that will generate new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
• Ensure growth of existing business relationships through new or improved products and solutions, better margins, new business models and offerings.
• Regular client collaboration to maintain and improve rapport and arrange discussions to listen to their pain points and propose new and innovative solutions
• Planning and overseeing new business initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Develop and formulate quotes and proposals for clients in close coordination with internal stakeholders while maintaining acceptable profitability
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Internal: Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical Team
External: Partners, Vendors, resellers, end users
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of BS in ECE, IT, or any computer related course; Marketing or a business course
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business & product development, marketing or related field
• With background in ICT/Telecommunication industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Specific skills & abilities:
• In-depth understanding of: Product management, Customer Management, Marketing, Performance Metrics & Evaluation, Innovation, Project Management and Financial Management, Negotiation Skills, Critical thinking
• Good presentation skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Professional and customer-focused
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and open to change

• Confident and can carry himself in all levels
