Job Title: Creative Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveCreative Operations Associateto support our design and photography operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, administrative tasks, and operational improvement within a creative environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to enhance our operational efficiency and support our creative projects across multiple product lines. This position is remote.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks:Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence with stakeholders
  • Project Management:Create, update, and maintain project tasks and plans for creative team projects, including graphic design, product photography, and special creative requests
  • Employee Scheduling:Assign and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for creative projects based on management direction
  • Hiring and Training Coordination:Assist in coordinating the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees in the creative department. Follow up with team members to ensure compliance with department policies and workflows
  • Performance Tracking:Compile and publish internal team metrics and reports to track the performance of creative projects, team members, and operations, based on management direction
  • Task Prioritization and Communication:Collaborate with design leads to prioritize projects based on business needs, deadlines, and resource availability. Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment on project goals

Requirements

  • Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience:2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Technical Proficiency:Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for data management, scheduling, and reporting, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork or Asana
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative professionals
  • Language Proficiency:Must be fluent in written and spoken English (required)
  • Attention to Detail:Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptability:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:Proactive approach to driving operational and creative improvements
  • Time Management:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Scope

Allocation based on workload and business priorities.

Salary Range:$500 – $800 USD per month
