Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for the credit evaluation of the Bank's corporate risk assets across bank products (e.g., loans, LC's, Trust, Treasury, etc.)
  • Ensures that the highest standards of credit due diligence are conducted on all Commercial/ Corporate Banking accounts with credit facilities as documented via the Executive Summary and Credit Proposal.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensures credit evaluation is applied on all commercial/corporate banking accounts.
  • Conducts regular and timely credit review of the assigned portfolio of corporate and commercial borrowing accounts.
  • Provides a comprehensive executive summary which includes brief company background, business outlook, historical and projected financial analysis, key risks and mitigating factors, and assessment of the financing package and recommendation.
  • Compiles industry indices and financial benchmarks to evaluate performance of borrowers' vis-a-vis the industry.
  • Joins the account officer in client calls to get inputs for business reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Business / Finance / Accounting / Management / Economics / Statistics / Applied Math
  • Strong Financial Analysis, Profit and Loss and Cashflow Analysis skills required.
  • Experience in credit evaluation for corporate and commercial account gained from a bank or financial institution is an advantage, but not required.
  • Experience in Credit / Accounting / Comptrollership / Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage, but not required.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic and extra-curricular background are encouraged to apply.

You must be willing to work ONSITE and be assigned to any of the following locations:

  • Makati
  • Binondo
  • Ortigas
