Join our HR team as an HR Operations Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional HR services and supporting employee engagement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including email account setup, onboarding agenda and orientation preparation, equipment and asset handover, and exit coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with data privacy and company policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including researching venues, coordinating logistics, and managing communications.
- Coordinate all office administration activities, including office supplies management, liaising with building management for access cards, parking, and permits, and ensuring office maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
- Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices to support the development of HR strategies and programs.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate interviews, communicating with applicants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR or office administration; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
