• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support tickets.
• Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
