Job Summary: This role is responsible for supervising and guiding the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment goals are met, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and foster professional development.
  2. Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish hiring priorities.
  5. Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to ensure performance targets are being met and offer data-driven insights to leadership.
  6. Lead sourcing efforts and ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline by utilizing effective screening techniques, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications.
  7. Promote and maintain a diverse and inclusive hiring process by integrating best practices for diversity into recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and assessment tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
