Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head at Manulife Philippines located in Makati. The Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a specific unit within the company, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments. Some work from home is acceptable to accommodate flexibility and productivity.
Qualifications
* Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Unit Head Assistant and Financial Advisors.
* Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.
* Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
* Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
* Set sales and KPI targets for the team.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Identify and address market trends and competitor activities.
* Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.
