Project Manager (Change Management) - Mid Level
The Project Manager is expected to lead and oversee related projects, roll them out and monitor while mitigating risks and also focusing on the implementation, and with the intent on a smooth and uneventful execution.
- The Project Manager leads various projects and change experiences in a business global context.
- The Project Manager supports multiple projects, employing different approaches and styles while developing deeper understanding in applying change best practices and frameworks.
- While the position does not have supervisory responsibility, the person works with many others in the organization to succeed. Employee works independently and yet is able to adapt in working with the various stakeholders.
- As a second responsibility, the Project Manager supports the head of migrations in ING Hubs in improving frameworks and methods.
- The person understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. He acts in line with ING rules and policies.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
Ensure knowledge of migration framework and ING Hubs Manila handbook
- Has deep understanding of guidelines (difference between what and how) to not just blindly apply the guidelines and to be know when to check with colleagues when deviations are requested.
Lead the execution of own projects in a controlled manner showing project leadership
- Understands business context, analyzing challenges in projects and proposing solutions to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Requirements:
- 4 – 6 years of work experience in a global setting
- Experienced in Project Management and Change Management
- Basic banking knowledge
