Key Responsibilities:
- Study, acquire, set up, and deploy IT resources aligning with company needs, including updates and changes.
- Conduct preventive measures to avoid failures and corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications setup.

- Strong knowledge and skills in server system design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Servers (Linux knowledge is a plus).
- Self-motivated, responsible, and diligent in documentation, reporting, and task tracking.
- Able to work independently, solve issues under pressure, and handle tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; team-oriented and customer-friendly attitude.
