As an Inventory & Sales Planning Coordinator, you are responsible for:
- Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels across all sales channels
- Support and recommend the implementation of clearance strategies for old inventory
- Monitor stock levels and assist with seasonal stock management
- Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment processes for all sales channels
- Assist in analysing inventory data to optimise stock flow and for monthly reporting
- Support the development of sales forecasts using historical trends
- Assist in analysing sales performance to inform planning decisions
- Identify potential opportunities or risks based on sales trends
- Help evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities
- Assist in tracking seasonal sales and GP budgets
- Support the allocation of budget across product categories
- Monitor expenditure and provide insights on product investments
- Work closely with the product team to align stock planning with range development
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams to support promotions
- Participate in trade meetings, providing planning insights
- Assist in maintaining alignment across teams regarding inventory and sales planning
- Maintain and update Excel-based planning tools
- Assist in preparing weekly trade reports for business insights
- Support data analysis using relevant planning and analytics tools
- Provide regular updates to the Product Manager on stock status and key metrics
- Proficiency in MS Suite in particular advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting software
- Ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Understanding of critical path and deadlines
