  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with B2B clients, payment follow up and manage renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive sales initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
