Requirement

- Must be currently based in the Philippines.
- Willing to travel inside Philippines for sales call/visit.
The B2B Country Sales Executive for the Philippines plays a pivotal role in expanding our travel agency's market presence.
This individual is tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive B2B sales strategies tailored to the Philippine market, with a primary focus on driving significant revenue growth.
Success hinges on their ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, including travel agencies and key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive market share, client engagements and revenue growth in the Philippines.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with B2B clients, payment follow up and manage renewals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive sales initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage sales targets and monitor performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and assist to resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and make recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Expand the agency's network and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently based in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong network of contacts within the Philippine travel trade.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel within the Philippines.
- Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of online travel platforms and extranet systems.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
