  • Deliverables Management: Track the completion of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments and teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Client Support: Handle client interactions via live chat and phone support, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Budget and Schedule Adherence: Help ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze customer requirements to inform project direction.
