HR People Analytics Partner
Summary of This Role:
The People Analytics Partner will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent management. As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of People Analytics, you will leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to support HR and business stakeholders. Your role will involve developing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and providing insightful analytics products, such as data storytelling briefings, reports, and dashboards.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, I/O Psychology, statistics, MIS, or human resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or management consulting, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of People/HR topics such as talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, and learning and development.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
- Amenable to work on a night/rotational schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
What Part Will You Play?
Analytics Project Management:
- Lead complex people analytics projects from theory development through to insight delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their objectives, people issues, and data needs.
- Identify and provide key insights and recommendations on organizational health, including hiring and retention, internal mobility, workforce and talent planning, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Partner closely with the Functional Data Analysts and the People Analytics Lead to learn and understand advanced analytics to present to stakeholders.
- Develop and present clear, compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Visier, Glint, Tableau, and Google Slides.
- Transform datasets into actionable insights to support HR strategies and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation:
- Build strong relationships with assigned HR leaders and stakeholders to understand their current business challenges and proactively seek out ways to add value through analytics.
- Serve as the analytics subject matter expert for assigned stakeholder areas and the critical link for bi-directional feedback between the business and People Analytics team.
- Provide consultative support, including data-driven insights, project ROI, and recommendations.
Data Storytelling and Visualization:
- Create data storytelling briefings and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Foster a culture of self-service analytics by driving usage of People Analytics tools and platforms and implementing change management techniques in partnership with the HR Solutions team, including communications and training.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor partner areas proactively to identify and address issues and recommend additional analysis opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and HR.
- Drive adoption and usage of current and future People Analytics solutions, and inform the requirements for analytics solutions roadmap based on stakeholder feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Engineering) and/or in Human Resources.
- Experience with Visier, Glint, Tableau, and Google Business Suite.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with HR technology and data analysis in a high-growth or tech environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, Python for data analysis, and Power BI for visualizations.
