We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of financial closings, audits, and compliance reporting for our Luxembourg and Guernsey General Partners’ entities. This role requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage financial closings in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Oversee interim and year-end audit processes, including preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Handle tax, regulatory, and compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage investment-related reporting, specifically Transaction Income.
  • Reconcile accounting discrepancies and collaborate with team members for resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure timely capital call payments.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation following company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in finance and accounting projects as assigned by local management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting professional qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SAP system (required)
  • Knowledge of Blackline and SAP Transaction Manager (TRM) (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle complex transactions
  • Independent and diligent working style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
