- Prepare sales and P&L budgets for RBU stores.
- Ensure budget alignment with SBU direction.
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate annual budgets.
- Support annual operating plan with analysis.
- Assist budget owners and conduct budget orientations.
- Review and recommend SBU budget approval.
- Analyze actual results vs. budget.
- Ensure adherence to cash control and inventory policies.
- Monitor capex and opex spending compliance.
- Ensure all stores are insured.
- Follow store closure and ownership change policies.
- Participate in corporate audits.
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any finance related course.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Finance Planning or Budgeting or Controllership.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up)
