Profit Management

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis.
  • Identify and recommend profit maximization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with JWS on financial reporting.

Financial Advisory Services

  • Evaluate capital spending projects.
  • Conduct financial training sessions.

Budget Management

  • Prepare sales and P&L budgets for RBU stores.
  • Ensure budget alignment with SBU direction.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate annual budgets.
  • Support annual operating plan with analysis.
  • Assist budget owners and conduct budget orientations.
  • Review and recommend SBU budget approval.
  • Analyze actual results vs. budget.

Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to cash control and inventory policies.
  • Monitor capex and opex spending compliance.
  • Ensure all stores are insured.
  • Follow store closure and ownership change policies.
  • Participate in corporate audits.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any finance related course.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Finance Planning or Budgeting or Controllership.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up)
