As an Organic Posting and Quality Check Specialist linguistic support in Phillippine's Language, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality, engaging, and compliant organic content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the content/post meets the brand's guidelines, policies, and community standards and effectively engages the Phillippine's audiences. Your creativity, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the Phillippine's Language along with social media spaces in these markets will be instrumental in this role.

Responsibilities:

Post Scheduling and Publishing: Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish organic posts across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in the Phillippine market (Phillippine's Language). If instructed, optimize scheduling for maximum reach, engagement, and audience targeting in these regions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct Thorough checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of text, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Review posts to verify compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and platform-specific rules and regulations in the Phillippine market (Phillippine's Language).

Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on platform-specific rules, regulations, and advertising policies relevant to the Phillippine market. Monitor and enforce compliance to maintain brand reputation and mitigate potential risks in these regions.

Trends and Insights: Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features in the Phillippine market. Leverage this knowledge to enhance content quality, engagement, and reach.

Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with Client POCs/Requesters/Cross-functional teams, as and when required, to align organic posting strategies. Maintain effective communication channels and share recommendations on possible changes for improvements.

Qualifications:

Native-level fluency in Phillippine's Language language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both variants.
