The Finance Specialist with a strong focus on Inventory Management is responsible for overseeing and actively participating in inventory taking activities within the company.

  • Conducts physical inventory counts in commissaries and warehouses twice a year.
  • Prepares and reviews inventory reports such as Inventory Stewardship Scorecard (ISS) and Inventory Result Accuracy (IRA).
  • Communicates inventory count results and issues to stakeholders.
  • Reviews and validates inventory adjustments.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties related to Inventory Management.
  • Proposes and implements process improvements to the Manager in inventory management.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any four (4)-year business course, with a preference for Accounting.
  • With at least two (2) years of work experience in general accounting, audit, inventory controls or budgeting.
  • With strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
  • With strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel for managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and utilizing advanced formulas.
  • Must be willing to travel to different commissary plants.
  • Preferably, a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Preferably, with experience in navigating and using SAP.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.
