  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and administrative services.
  • Develop and implement policies to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Lead and mentor the HR and Administrative team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • with 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven leadership role within HR and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
  • Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations
  • Amenable to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo
