Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- with 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven leadership role within HR and administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
- Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations
- Amenable to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo
