- Builds and nurtures a community of health and fitness consumers via a digital platform and ecosystem to offer products and activities that generate business value.
- Possesses working knowledge of business operations and digital platforms, including apps, social media, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manages projects related to partnerships, events, promotions, back-end tech, and people support.
- Oversees operations, including measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of revenue streams and marketing efforts, ensuring a sustainable community platform model.
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude, thriving in a start-up environment
- Understands tech-related processes and ensures a positive experience for both end consumers and business partners on the digital platform.
- Works independently while effectively collaborating with various enablers, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
- Focuses on progress and results, with project management expertise in leading teams, partnerships, and events.
- Has experience or a strong personal passion for fitness and health is an advantage.
