UnifyCX is looking for extraordinary Customer Service Representatives to join our motivated and ambitious team.

What Will You Do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming service requests and claim calls from customers and clients. You will provide general customer service, including initiating services and assisting customers throughout the service delivery process. Additionally, you will offer support on a variety of warranty and service products, ensuring accurate data entry and effective navigation of relevant claims and product systems to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will:

  • Answering inbound service requests and telephone calls from customers/clients.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to answer questions and take appropriate action relating to customer requests/inquiries.
  • Capturing information and entering data in computer in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer service delivery, including service initiation and general customer service throughout service/claim process.
  • Documenting disposition of calls through applicable database and/or reporting.
  • Processing customer claims and follow up as needed to ensure claims are resolved timely.

communication and customer service skills. They are comfortable managing incoming service requests and claim calls, providing clear, efficient assistance to customers and clients throughout the service delivery process. They are able to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to customer inquiries allowing to resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum six (6) months experience in a high-volume customer service environment (call center)
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Basic PC and software skills
