HR Business Partnering
- Responsible for researching, planning, developing, and executing HR initiatives to meet the business and stakeholders’ requirements in relation to the business objectives, timelines, cost-effectiveness, and legal compliance of assigned Business Units.
- Coach the line managers, and collaborate on HR and organization matters. Show the way as necessary to model the approach and process steps.
- Conduct internal and external surveys; harness data through HRIS to support the Business Units’ human resource strategy needs.
- Identifies manpower and recruitment needs; develops and executes the best practices for hiring and talent management. Deploy human resource programs including, but not limited to, payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, staff welfare events, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Conduct market research for salary, rewards, and other staff welfare programs to provide a competitive edge to the Company. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Responsible for HR budget planning and monitoring for the Business Unit(s).
- Any other matters as necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Knowledgeable in employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
