  • Implement technology-driven solutions for real-time tracking, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
  • Optimize inventory management to minimize shortages, reduce excess stock, and improve turnaround times.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Develop and enforce supply chain risk mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and alternative sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international supply chain regulations, sustainability standards, and ethical sourcing policies.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance communication and alignment across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc in Supply Chain) and professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, with expertise in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
