Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer enquiries, effectively resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and tact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, as well as manage our customer database.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and updating records.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, including a clear, friendly, and engaging speaking voice -- 10/10 rating IS A MUST.
  • With experience using Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software applications
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences
