Marketing Manager (under Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines)
About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be a pioneer employee of the new SBC Affiliate– a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan.
You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical marketing of auto finance products and services. This role involves drafting and managing marketing collaterals, conducting market research, managing campaigns and programs, collaborating on product development, and providing marketing support to sales teams.
How you'll contribute
- Perform comprehensive market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and interpret market data to generate actionable insights.
- Implement and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels from concept through to execution.
- Execute marketing strategies / initiatives through the sales and dealer network.
- Evaluate market needs and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new promotions and work with the product development team to refine and improve offerings.
What we’re looking for
- At least 5-10 years of experience in handling auto loans, auto finance products and services.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to generate actionable insights.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to leadership and other stakeholders
- Experienced in implementing, overseeing and monitoring performance of campaigns across various channels.
