The Client

The company specializes in affordable, straightforward web design, helping businesses create elegant, high-performing websites without unnecessary complexity. Based in Philadelphia since 2014, they focus on translating clients' needs into functional, visually appealing WordPress and web development

The Role

• Keep track of tasks and deadlines, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Use Asana (or other tools) to assign and monitor project progress.
• Help manage website-related projects, ensuring smooth coordination between designers, developers, and clients.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to track tasks, set deadlines, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
• Minimum of 6 months project management experience
  
  

Nice-to-Have :

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of WordPress (no coding needed, just how it works).
• General knowledge of how websites work (e.g., domains, hosting, and basic website structure).
  
  

Work Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 9pm-1am PH time (4 hours)
  
  

Work Location:

• Homebased; equipment is provided
