QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• At least 2 year (s) of working experience in a Quality Management role as a Supervisor/Manager
• Expertise with Quality and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
• Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
• Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics
Responsibilities:
• Determines root cause and identifying appropriate solutions to correct and/or escalate problems.
•Participates in short- and long-term strategic initiatives to support business goals and department objectives.
•Develops business presentation materials in a clear and concise manner and conveying complex topics simply and reasonably.
• Accomplishes quality assurance people objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
• Manages quality supervisors and the officers rolling up to them by ensuring delivery of performance through coaching and re-validations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System
