Accounting Associate
The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting the financial activities within our dynamic digital marketing agency. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Accounting Associate will collaborate with the finance team to contribute to the overall financial health of the agency.
The role stays informed about industry trends and emerging financial technologies, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the financial efficiency of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting
software.
- Record and classify financial transactions related to agency operations.
2. Accounts Payable:
- Assist in managing accounts payable processes.
- Ensure timely processing and releasing of customer payments.
3. Expense Management:
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure adherence to company
- policies.
- Monitor cash advances items and liquidations.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements and
- balance sheets.
- Generate financial data for analysis and reporting purposes.
5. Client and Supplier Management
- Prepare and provide necessary requirements for clients’ accreditation.
- Review and verify correctness and completeness of the documents for
- suppliers’ accreditation.
6. Contract Management
- Responsible for liaising contract between client’s procurement and
- company’s legal.
- Ensure that the contract adheres to the terms and conditions of the
- company’s policy.
- Manage the contract lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management process and practices.

- Has Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
