Requirements

  • Help run daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areas
  • Manage capacity planning as well as utilization to support the achievement of business targets, volumes, and operational budgets
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and performance
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions
  • Measure, asses and report on the performance of teams against targets and industry norms
  • Support the development and execution of company strategies to drive growth and success
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Compensation

$ 1,500 - $ 2,500 per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.
