For this role, our client is looking for an experienced FP&A Data Analyst who will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, cross-functional collaboration & communication, and process improvement & optimization. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst or similar role.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in the finance / accounting field.
- Proven experience in financial/data analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and interpret financial trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial teams.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:C
- onduct budget reviews and track financial performance.P
- erform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.A
- nalyze cost structures, expenses, and revenue patterns for efficiency.D
- evelop and maintain spreadsheets, financial models, and data visualization tools.E
- nsure data accuracy in financial reporting.P
- repare and present financial reports and dashboards.C
- ommunicate financial insights to non-financial teams for alignment.C
- ollaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations.A
- ssist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.I

- mpensation range: $7 - 9 per hour.
