Job Summary

The Learning Delivery Associate for Food Service Division is primarily responsible for supporting the development and delivery of training programs to crew and zees in the area/region he/she is assigned to. This role focuses on enhancing crew skills, ensuring compliance with FSD and industry standards and promoting a culture of continuous learning. The Learning Delivery Associate assists in designing training materials based on the needs of the area they are assigned in, facilitating sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that the crew are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and adhere with our product and quality standards. This role also provides support to zees and crew to ensure effective store management and operations.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

Works with the local Area Business Development Managers (ABDM) to determine and agree with new franchisee training, store opening assistance schedule and training sessions which include but are not limited to new product launching, product preparation simulation, new store standards orientations.

Responsible for training the employees of basic training modules to store crew, crew leaders and franchisees

Responsible for attaining set targets in terms of learner ratio and store to crew ratio.

Assists in new store openings and new product launches

Assists franchisees in processing purchase orders, in receiving and inventory of stocks.

Issues training credentials, documents and certificates to zees and food handlers.

Facilitates immersion of internal employees, crew and franchisees

Conducts regular store visits and product quality/preparation validation

Partner with Regional Franchisees and Sales Area Managers in developing crew region/area specific development interventions

Serves as a lead resource for crew and product related concerns during jumpstart and business review sessions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication or Business Courses.
  • At least 1 year work experience in food service industry
  • At least 1 year work experience in training and development
  • Preference will given to those with work experience in fast food chains
  • With project and time management skills
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • With very good presentation ability, dynamic and result-oriented
