What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the daily
operations of the sales and retention teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to team leaders and agents to enhance their skills
and improve performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and retention
activities, optimizing overall operational efficiency.
Address operational issues or challenges promptly to minimize impact on team
performance and customer experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new sales and retention initiatives,
