Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with 1+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
  • CHRP or CHRA is a plus
