Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Parañaque at Lambert Williams Logistics Inc. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for handling HR management, HR policies, human resources tasks, employee relations, and job description development on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience, with 1+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- CHRP or CHRA is a plus
