Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions to improve customer service skills, communication, and professionalism.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, coaching sessions, and feedback
- Develop training materials such as presentations, modules, and interactive exercises
- Monitor and analyze call, chat, and email interactions to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to align training with company standards and customer expectations
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in English, English Teaching, Communications or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in ESL
- At least 2 years of experience in BPO experience
- Experience with Canva and Google Slides for presentations Familiarity with other e-learning platforms
- Experience working in a medical or technical account in a BPO company
- Exposure to quality assurance processes
- Strong communication skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Experience in training facilitation Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Monthly salary of 30,000-35,000 (depending on experience)
- New hire bonus of 5,000
