- Performance Management & Coaching: Ability to set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and coach team members.

- Process Optimization & Standardization: Proven ability to identify, analyze, optimize, and standardize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Data-Driven Insights: Experience generating and analyzing HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
