Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Chapter Lead - Agile Coach .

A Chapter Lead - Agile Coach at URC (Universal Robina Corporation) would be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of Agile practitioners, known as a "chapter," to ensure the effective adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across the organization. This role combines elements of coaching, leadership, and strategic planning to foster an Agile culture that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and value delivery.

What Are The Job Responsibilities

  • Agile Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to chapter members, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile team members, to develop their skills and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitation of Agile Practices: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring they are conducted effectively and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to align Agile practices with organizational goals, drive strategic initiatives, and support Agile transformations.
  • Development of Agile Frameworks: Assist in the creation and refinement of Agile frameworks and processes tailored to the organization's needs, promoting consistency and scalability.
  • Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance Agile knowledge and capabilities within the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of Agile practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What Are The Qualifications

  • College graduate, any degree.
  • Proven experience in Agile coaching or a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on professional development and performance improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Agile tools and software to support team collaboration and performance tracking.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are advantageous.
  • One (1) full-time position available.
