What You’ll Do:
- Admin Magic – Manage job postings, CV formatting, scheduling, and data entry like a pro
- Recruitment Support – Assist with candidate sourcing, database updates, and client coordination
- Inbox & Calendar Mastery – Keep everything organized and running smoothly
- Database Superuser – Become the go-to expert on our recruitment database, understanding it inside out and providing ongoing training and support to recruiters
- Answer & Forward Calls – Be the friendly voice that answers incoming calls and directs them to the right people
- Problem-Solving Ninja – Anticipate needs, fix issues before they happen, and keep things stress-free
- Communication Guru – Professionally liaise with clients, candidates, and our team
What We’re Looking For:
- Admin or Recruitment Experience – If you’ve done this before, we’ll love you even more!
- Flawless Attention to Detail – Because the little things make a BIG difference
- Proactive & Independent – You take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged
- Strong English Communication Skills – Both written and spoken
- Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – Comfortable using recruitment tools, email, and spreadsheets
- Training & Support Mindset – Confident in helping others navigate systems and solve tech/admin-related challenges
- Professional Phone Manner – Friendly, clear, and confident when answering calls
