- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect).
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW for change management and incident management.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices for 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting.
