Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Food Technology
- Licensed Chemical Technician
Responsible in the analysis of all products.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analysis, preparation and standardization of reagents.
- Conduct inspection, sampling and analysis of incoming delivery based on approved Test Method.
- Conduct sampling and inspection of packaging materials based on established sampling plan.
- Conduct investigation and review of out-of-specification results of samples in the laboratory.
- Performs shelf-life testing of raw material and line samples under shelf-life study.
- Prepare documents needed by FDA.
- Prepare all Q.C. related reports and documentation.
- Act as Q.C. Inspector in the Production, when needed.
