Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant

Hours: 4 Hours per Day (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a busy executive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a remote position requiring flexibility and availability within UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize communications.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and documents.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, expense tracking, and invoice management.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Law Firms.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scheduling tools, CRM software, or project management tools is a plus.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
