  • Create and maintain detailed, actionable spreadsheets to organize and analyze supplier information
  • Assist in the supplier selection process by providing clear, data-driven comparisons and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain an organized system for tracking all supplier-related research and correspondence
  • Collaborate with the business owner to refine search criteria and adjust research strategies as needed
  • Support the development of the company’s supply chain by identifying additional vendors for future product lines
  • Assist with preliminary website setup tasks and other business operations as the company expands

Requirements

  • Exceptional research skills with the ability to find and evaluate reliable information from various sources
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software for data organization, analysis, and presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research tasks simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for potential supplier interactions and internal reporting
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or wholesale product sourcing (preferred but not required)
